Artie Lange's Latest Mugshot Is Straight Depressing

TMZ- Artie Lange’s mug shot tells a sad story of his fight with addiction. Artie was arrested 10 days ago at his home in Hoboken, NJ. Cops were called to his apartment complex after neighbors complained someone was trying to break into a car. They found heroin and cocaine, and Artie copped to owning the vehicle. They also found drugs on him. The ‘Howard Stern Show’ sidekick said, “I’m such a flawed person guys.” He has a long history of drug and alcohol abuse.

Man, this sucks. As Glenny Balls wrote “Someone get me a bottle of whiskey and throw on Hurt by Johnny Cash cause I don’t wanna leave my house for at the very least 2 months after seeing this.” I love Artie to death and hate seeing him like this. Completely relapsed and broken.

I grew up on Artie and the Howard Stern show. He was a big part of my childhood and anyone who watched the Howard on the E! channel has fond memories of him making jokes, laughing, and squeezing tits to try and figure out if they were real or fake.

Not to mention how his roles in Old School and Elf, which he was casted in because people in Hollywood like him when he’s not completely fucked up on drugs, which he has been on and off for the majority of his life.

This almost reads like a eulogy but if you’ve followed his career you know he’s been down this path many times. He gets clean, relapses, almost dies, gets help, rinse and repeat. He has demons most of us can’t even comprehend. Glenny said he wasn’t even allowed to pick him in his Celebrity Death Pool because it would be such a presumed layup. They let him pick LAMAR ODOM before Artie Lange. Hopefully Artie can get cleaned up and back on the right path, because it sucks to see him like this, once again.
